The Principal of Babcock University Schools, Ogba, Lagos, recently organised a special fasting and prayer programme for the safe release of pupils and teachers abducted by bandits in Yawota community in Oriire local council, Oyo State. Speaking during the event, Principal, Elder Adeniran Adebayo, said that God’s intervention is a major weapon and highly needed for the safe and speedy release of the children and their teachers.
Citing Psalm 46:1 and Psalms 50:15, Elder Adebayo explained that they have chosen to come before God in faith because they believe He will hear their petitions and bring comfort, protection and deliverance to the people. “As we pray and fast, let us unite our hearts in faith, compassion and hope.
