Shehu Sani, a former senator from Kaduna Central, has pleaded with the Nigerian government and people to stand with the relatives of the three people killed in Saturday’s school kidnapping in Oyo State: a young soldier who died rescuing the students, and two instructors who were killed in the attack.
Sani wrote on his X account how the tragedy had altered the course of the families’ life irrevocably. He begged the government to protect them from suffering following the death of loved ones, saying that they should not have to go through this ordeal alone.
