A relationship dispute has escalated dramatically in a Nigerian community after a girlfriend allegedly smashed a man’s car windshield, with the incident ending with the girlfriend found lying in a roadside gutter under circumstances that have not been fully established.
Footage of the aftermath shows the car’s windshield severely cracked and shattered following the alleged assault on the vehicle.
The girlfriend was subsequently found in a gutter near the scene, her condition and the sequence of events leading to her ending up there remaining unclear at the time of publication.
It could not be independently confirmed whether the said girlfriend sustained injuries as a result of a physical altercation with the man involved, or whether she fell or collapsed of her own accord following the confrontation.
The incident attracted a crowd of bystanders at the scene.
