A lady has broken down in tears after her ex-boyfriend demanded the return of a fridge he bought for her during their relationship.
The lady shared her emotional reaction in a viral video after receiving a WhatsApp message from her former partner.
According to the message, the man told her to prepare the fridge because his friend, Femi, would come to collect it.
Lady reacts to ex-boyfriend’s demand
The message read: “Please get the fridge I bought for you ready, Femi is coming to pick it up this evening or tomorrow morning….. E go too pain me if I leave am for you.”
Reacting to the demand, the lady questioned whether someone should reclaim gifts given to a partner after a relationship ends.
She explained that her ex-boyfriend bought her a Skyron fridge a few months ago.
According to her, he recently contacted her from another number and informed her that his friend would collect the appliance.
She described the move as unnecessary and accused her former partner of being childish.
The lady, however, said she had already emptied the fridge and was prepared to hand it over.
She then revealed that she intended to return more than just the fridge.
“I will not just allow him to pick only the fridge. Whatever he bought for me while we were together, the shoes, the bag, everything, I’ll put them inside the fridge and send them to him,” she said.
