Popular businessman, Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, popularly known as Ego, has died after reportedly suffering complications from a penis enlargement procedure in Thailand.
Ego, a 43-year-old British-Nigerian businessman and influencer, reportedly underwent the cosmetic procedure at an unnamed clinic in Thailand in March 2026 while on vacation with his wife, Danielle Simba Allen.
According to TMZ, an inquest at the Inner West London Coroner’s Court heard that 40 millilitres of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine were injected into Ego’s penis during the procedure.
The report said Ego later developed chest pain while staying with his wife at a Marriott hotel in Bangkok.

He was reportedly rushed to Sukhumvit Hospital after passing out twice, with his wife informing doctors about the filler injections.
Ego, however, reportedly lost consciousness before doctors could carry out a recommended CT scan.
The report said doctors later determined that he had suffered a pulmonary embolism, a blockage of a blood vessel in the lungs, and transferred him to intensive care.
Medics reportedly performed CPR for more than 100 minutes in an attempt to revive him, but he died in the early hours of March 6.
A postmortem examination conducted in the United Kingdom reportedly found cellular material in his lungs matching the hyaluronic acid used during the procedure.
Coroner Jean Harkin subsequently ruled that Ego died from a pulmonary embolism caused by the cosmetic procedure, according to the report.
Ego was later buried in London in a gold coffin reportedly valued at more than $745,000.
Another close associate, Cubana Chief Priest, also shared a video from the funeral and paid tribute to Ego.
He wrote: “Rest Easy Brother @ego2222. Even In Death, The Lifestyle Was Kept 700 For You.
