According to a statement by Joe Igbokwe on July 4, 2026, the All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain has defended President Bola Tinubu’s infrastructure agenda, arguing that many Nigerians fail to appreciate the administration’s long-term vision because they do not understand the role infrastructure plays in economic development.
In a statement shared on his social media page, Igbokwe said the Tinubu administration has been investing heavily in infrastructure projects across the country. He maintained that such investments are crucial for driving economic growth and improving national development.
