Vehicles involved in a road traffic accident at Kara Bridge, Ward OPIC, have been successfully removed from the roadway, allowing traffic to flow freely along the corridor.
The affected vehicles were recovered with the assistance of private towing trucks and moved to the roadside.
LASTMA officials remained at the scene to manage traffic and monitor the situation, while the recovered vehicles were handed over to the police officer at the scene for documentation and further necessary action.
Traffic management officials will continue to monitor the area to ensure smooth traffic flow and prevent further obstruction.
The agency said its LRT team has concluded the operation and returned to base.
