Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemate, Victor Ikpe, popularly known as Keivo, has been disqualified from the ongoing “Show Ya Sef” season following an incident that escalated from a disagreement into physical violence.
Big Brother announced the disqualification in a post on the official Big Brother Naija X page, confirming that Keivo was identified as the perpetrator of the violent act.
“Keivo has been disqualified from the Big Brother Naija Show Ya Sef house following an incident last night that escalated from a disagreement into physical violence,” the post stated.
According to Big Brother, Keivo was subsequently removed from the house and disqualified from the competition.
Addressing the housemates after the incident, Big Brother reiterated that no disagreement, accusation or personal grievance justifies violence.
“No disagreement, accusation or personal grievance justifies violence,” Big Brother told the housemates, stressing that every contestant is responsible for their actions and would be held accountable for their choices.
The development brings Keivo’s participation in the #BBNaija Show Ya Sef season to an immediate end.
His disqualification follows the programme’s disciplinary rules on physical violence among housemates, with Big Brother reaffirming that contestants must take responsibility for their conduct while in the house.
