The Lagos State Printing Corporation (LSPC) has won the Excellence in Service Delivery Award in the State Government category at the 5th Consumers Value Awards (CVA) 2026, securing 81.1 per cent of the total valid votes cast.
The Lagos State Government announced the recognition in a post on its official X account, saying the award was presented at a ceremony held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at Jakadi Hall, Radisson Blu Hotel, Ikeja GRA, Lagos.
The ceremony, themed “Beyond Satisfaction: Redefining Consumer Value in a New Economy,” brought together government officials, diplomats, business leaders, industry stakeholders, consumer advocates and members of the media.
The state government said Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu was represented at the event by the General Manager of the Lagos State Consumer Protection Agency (LASCOPA), Afolabi Solebo.
Representing the General Manager of the Lagos State Printing Corporation, Kolawole Peregrino, was the Special Adviser to the General Manager on Legal Matters, Kayode Tinubu, who led members of the management team to receive the award on behalf of the corporation.
The award was subsequently presented to Peregrino at the LSPC headquarters in Alausa in recognition of the corporation’s performance in the Excellence in Service Delivery, State Government category.

The recognition was organised by the Consumers Value Awards under the auspices of BrandXchange and was based on the Citizen Scorecard, a platform that allows citizens to assess public institutions from the perspective of the people they serve.
The Lagos State Government said LSPC’s 81.1 per cent vote share represented “a strong expression of citizen confidence in the Corporation’s commitment to quality, reliability, professionalism and efficient service delivery.”
The government described the award as “a significant milestone in the ongoing transformation of the Lagos State Printing Corporation” under the leadership of Peregrino.
It also linked the recognition to the broader vision of the Sanwo-Olu administration to strengthen public institutions and improve service delivery to Lagos residents.
