A man suffered injuries after a fire broke out inside a house in Rijsbergen, Netherlands.
The incident happened on Nassaustraat on Friday evening.
Police officers were already at the property when they saw the fire start. The reason for their presence remains unknown.
The officers immediately called the fire service. Firefighters from Rijsbergen quickly brought the flames under control.
A man was inside the house during the incident. Police officers brought him under control before paramedics placed him in an ambulance.
The ambulance left the area with a police escort.
Authorities have not released information about the seriousness of the man’s injuries.
After the fire, officers removed several items from the house and took them away. Police have not explained what the items were or why they seized them.
