In response to the release of the abducted teachers and students from Oriire Local Government Area in Oyo State, former military officer Colonel Leo Abara has spoken out.
Col. Abara expressed his disappointment with the government’s rescue efforts, saying it took more than 50 days, in an interview with AIT. As far as he is aware, no kidnappers have been apprehended or murdered during the rescue mission.
There was no physical altercation between the security personnel and the kidnappers, according to Col. Abara. A ransom was reportedly paid to secure the victims’ release, according to him..Click To Complete>>
