The newly sworn-in Kano Deputy Governor, Alhaji Murtala Sule Garo, has officially assumed office, pledging unwavering commitment to the progress and development of the state.

SolaceBase reports that Garo arrived at his office on Wednesday morning, accompanied by prominent figures within the All Progressives Congress (APC), including former governors Mallam Ibrahim Shekarau and Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, alongside other key party stakeholders.

In separate goodwill messages, Shekarau and Ganduje congratulated the new deputy governor and urged him to remain focused, dedicated, and committed to the collective goal of advancing Kano State.
