A Nashville man has been arrested in connection with a fatal head-on crash that occurred last year.
According to Nashville police, 61-year-old James Brewington Jr. surrendered to authorities on Thursday over outstanding warrants linked to the 2025 collision.

Investigators allege Brewington was driving when he crossed into oncoming traffic while attempting to go around a vehicle making a right turn. Police said his vehicle collided head-on with another car, killing a 41-year-old person.
Brewington has been charged with vehicular homicide by reckless conduct, reckless endangerment and three counts of aggravated ass@ult. He remains in custody on a $135,000 bond.
