According to a post shared on X (formerly Twitter), the woman said the man told her that he loved her and found her attractive. However, he is married and has children who live outside Nigeria.
She claimed the man wanted a relationship with her but insisted that money should not be the reason for their relationship.
The woman questioned what she would gain from being with him if money and material possessions were taken out of the picture.
“Sir, you don’t hold any value to me without your money. You’re 60 years old and you’re coming to me to look for love? It’s the confidence for me. What exactly am I supposed to be doing with you if it’s not your money? That’s the koko,” she said.
She added that she was not interested in marriage or having children with him, saying that his money and material possessions were the main things he could offer her.
“I cannot love you. What you have to offer me is that money, material things. You see fine young blood like me. You want to have me, and the money will not be the basis.
“You are old. You’re married with children, and you’re saying money shouldn’t be the basis. How dare you?” she added.
Her comments have generated mixed reactions online, with social media users debating her views on relationships, money, age differences and the expectations between the two people involved.
