Hours after the United States carried out strikes on more than 80 targets across Iran, including air defence systems, coastal radar sites, command-and-control centres, and nearly 60 vessels belonging to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), US President Donald Trump warned that more military action could follow on Wednesday night.
Speaking to reporters at the NATO Summit in Turkey before his meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Trump indicated that Washington was prepared to launch additional strikes against Iran.
