Barcelona have reportedly submitted an official bid to Borussia Dortmund to sign forward Karim Adeyemi.
According to Football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the Catalan giants have opened negotiations with Dortmund over a possible transfer, with both clubs now discussing the financial details of a deal for the highly rated forward.
Adeyemi is also said to be pushing for the transfer and has made Barcelona his preferred destination this summer.
Romano revealed on X that negotiations between the two clubs are ongoing, with Barcelona keen to complete the signing as soon as possible.

“Adeyemi wants Barcelona as ONLY club to join this summer.
“Barça made their bid and want Adeyemi now, waiting on BVB decision,” Romano wrote.
The Spanish club is believed to see Adeyemi as a player capable of adding speed, creativity and attacking versatility to their squad.
The 24-year-old finished a strong season with Dortmund with 10 goals and 6 assists and plenty of other contributions that go beyond the numbers. He is one of the fastest players in Europe
