A Nigerian woman has opened up about her ordeal after being held captive by kidnappers.
In a post on her X handle, @sommy41, the woman who was recently kidnapped, shared that the incident unfolded on her way from Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

Meanwhile, the kidnappers cleared her rent, which was estimated at 2 million naira and due for payment, alongside emptying her bank account.
Additionally, they used her OPay and FairMoney accounts to borrow 1.5 million naira each.
According to the woman, she lost access to her accounts after the kidnappers seized her phone.
