High Comrade Joseph Lamienghan, Secretary of Delta State HOSTCOM and respected political leader in the Ogulagha Federated Communities, has congratulated Rt. Hon. Julius Gbabojor Pondi, Member representing Burutu Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, on his successful emergence at the APC political process ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Lamienghan described the emergence of Rt. Hon. Julius Gbabojor Pondi has shown a clear demonstration of the overwhelming confidence, trust, and support he continues to enjoy among the people of Burutu Federal Constituency and the Niger Delta region. According to him, Pondi has consistently distinguished himself through quality representation, effective grassroots mobilization, and unwavering commitment to the welfare of his constituents.
He noted that Rt. Hon. Julius Pondi has remained one of the strongest voices of the Niger Delta people at the National Assembly, adding that his legislative contributions, empowerment programmes, and community development initiatives have positively impacted countless lives across Burutu Federal Constituency. Lamienghan further stated that Pondi’s accessibility, humility, and dedication to service have endeared him to the people.
The Delta State HOSTCOM Secretary also commended Rt. Hon. Julius Pondi for his continued efforts in promoting peace, unity, youth empowerment, and infrastructural development within the constituency and beyond. He stressed that Pondi’s successful emergence reflects the appreciation of the people for his performance, political maturity, and commitment to sustainable development in the Niger Delta region.
Lamienghan also extended congratulations to Hon. Anthony Alapala Ebitonmo, lawmaker representing Burutu Constituency I in the Delta State House of Assembly, describing him as a dedicated grassroots politician whose loyalty, humility, and service to the people have continued to earn him admiration and political acceptance across the constituency.
According to Lamienghan, Alapala Ebitonmo has continued to demonstrate commitment to the growth and development of Burutu Constituency I through effective representation, regular engagement with constituents, and support for community-based initiatives. He noted that Alapala’s successful emergence reflects the confidence party members and constituents have in his leadership capacity and representation.
The Delta State HOSTCOM Secretary also applauded His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, Governor of Delta State, for his remarkable leadership style, peaceful disposition, and developmental strides across the state.
He stated that Governor Oborevwori has continued to provide purposeful governance anchored on unity, inclusiveness, infrastructural advancement, and human capital development, adding that the Governor’s growing political influence remains a reflection of the massive support he enjoys from the people of Delta State.
Speaking on the national leadership of the party, High Comrade Joseph Lamienghan paid glowing tribute to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his courage, resilience, and visionary leadership in steering the affairs of the nation.
He noted that President Tinubu’s continued emergence as the rallying point of the APC signifies the confidence and trust Nigerians have in his Renewed Hope Agenda aimed at repositioning the country for greater economic growth, stability, and national transformation.
According to Lamienghan, the successful emergence of Rt. Hon. Julius Gbabojor Pondi, Hon. Anthony Alapala Ebitonmo, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu symbolize the triumph of unity, political maturity, experience, and visionary leadership within the APC family.
He stressed that the emergence of Rt. Hon. Julius Pondi, in particular, has further strengthened the political structure of the party in Burutu Federal Constituency and renewed confidence among supporters ahead of the 2027 general elections.
