According to UEFA on Saturday, Haaland is followed by Serbia’s Aleksandar Mitrović and Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo, who have both registered 15 goals in the tournament.
Kosovo striker Vedat Muriqi occupies fourth place with 14 goals, while Belgium’s Romelu Lukaku is fifth with 13.
Haaland’s record in the Nations League adds to his achievements with Norway, having also become his country’s all-time leading goalscorer in 2024.
The striker scored twice against Slovenia that year to move beyond Jørgen Juve’s longstanding record, which had remained intact since 1934.
